Personality:
Tacion is quite an enigmatic little creature.. No one in the family really knows anything about him. He never talks to any of the fellow Pokémon, heck, he doesn't let any sounds at all! Maybe he is mute? Who knows, he doesn't even try to communicate with others.. He just.. Lurks somewhere and.. Watches.. If someone tries to talk chat with him, he just stares with those blank, glowing eyes of his. This.. greatly creeps out many of the other Pokémon.. Only few even bother to approach him anymore. Tulio tried -of course- to see if this poor baby felt any pain and give him a bit of a beating but.. Nothing. Not even a peep. (And then Kulo stepped in and told Tulio to cut it out. Because Taci didn't even do any resistance..)
What does Taci like to do? WHat does he like to eat? WHAT DOES HE LIKE? No one knows.. Will we ever even find out..? It is a mystery.. He is just.. So apathetic about everything.. He just lays somewhere and watches others live their lives.. Is that his idea of fun?


Extra:
Doesn't wear any accessories. Because of his nature.. No one really even knows what he would like! For all he know he might like pink Hello-Skitty -decorated ribbons! He is so.. Apathetic?
Taci's claws float and can move about quite freely, withing a limit. He can even switch them around! Or grab something directly behind himself! His feet are similar, but those have to stay aligned with his body or else they stop supporting him.
Yes. The blue parts of his body glow. He's pretty much a deep-sea fiiis--. crustacean, and thus has these typical bioluminescent markings all over his exosceleton.
He never sleeps. At least no one has ever caught him sleep. He's always alert. Watching. Observing. o^o

Yes. As I said in the journal. I have no idea how. But my tablet magically fixed itself when I returned home. o^o It wouldn't work at all the 2-3 days I was at my grandpa's place, but the MOMENT I plugged it in back home.. No problemo. Let's draw. Well, granted, it still lags as it did before the trip. But what. I am confused. Guess it didn't like Northern Finland. o^o *Slaps tablet*

But yesss. This isn't a clutch baby. This one I got in the Professor's Prize Wheel event. vuv And thus.. Base Attack 5. :'D Oh well, it's not like I'm interested in battling anyways! I actually did the sketch for him some time ago, and have been itching to finish him. And heeeere we go. So glad that my tablet decided to work today. :'D Hopefully it works tomorrow too.. Eep. So scary.
But yep. Have a creepy but docile little lobster-thing. ;u;

Also yes. I know he looks a bit like an electric type, but no. The bright lights come from the Dark-typing because, well, you know deep-sea creatures, right? So glowy and pretty! And that's my logic here; a glowy little lobster from the darkness of the deepest oceans!
