Personality: Oh, what a gentleman, a complete opposite to Tulio. Well, not COMPLETE, in the sense of them both being absolutely stubborn and almost stupidly brave but.. At least this guy can behave! Kulo is really polite and mindful of other Pokémon, and he always puts others before himself. He is really laid back and not much gets to him, but he protects the rights of his friends fiercely and he's not afraid to get his paws dirty if that is what it takes. He and Tulio often end up in spats over these things.. Tulio wants something and Kulo reminds the Chimchar it's not his to take, aaaand a wrestle begins. And you know Tulio loves to have a  fight over small things..
He really, really wants to evolve someday so he can do more to help others, especially his trainer! There just is only so much a Cyndaquil can do besides look absolutely adorable. He loves to take naps in silly places too. ;u; Only to have Tulio wake him up somehow. He tends to be a bit sleep-deprived because of that meanie. x'D

Extra:
Kulo always wears some kind of a vest, sometimes open, sometimes closed, but it's a vest! You may even see a small bowtie or ribbon on him at times! And now that he's a Typhlosion, it's easier for him to wear them because it's his neck on fire rather than his entire back!
This little fella really likes potatochips, especially spicy ones! Of course we can't let him have too many of he might get fat but.. Who could say no to that face!
The fur on the top of his head is always scruffy. No matter how much you brush it, it always looks like it's full of cowlicks to every direction..
'Kulo' actually is a Finnish word for forest- or grassland fire. I saw it has some other meaning in English BUT I DON'T CARE. THIS BABBU'S NAME IS FORESTFIRE. I named him that because it's close to 'Sulo' that means 'sweet' while still having a fire-related meaning.
More to be added if I'll realize it'd actually matter in a group like this. ;u;

Oh lord, took me too long to get this done. I actually finished MOST of it almost a month ago, but the school and such happened and I kinda dropped it for a while. :'D And I could decide on the colours of that vest, hnn. Finally decided on red/gold. < u >
But yessss. Cyndaquil was my second starter. eue Or more my first starter, this was the one I chose from the type-specific egg after all, I just got the inspiration to draw Tulio first. XD And.. This little fellow.. Is based on my in-game Typhlosion in HeartGold. >u> Hence the Nature and Characteristic. Somehow I just keep getting these Brave-natured starters! Tulio was just a happy exception in the Nuzlocke! Not that I mind some brawe Mons to save me from the evil Teams, ahhaa. 8'D
But enough with that. I'll get back to other stuff. I have so much to get done!

_{Though you know. As a kid I LOVED Quilava over all. Just.. The moving Sprite in Pokémon Crystal always maked me squee! It was the only Pokémon I actually liked to draw a lot. :'D I still have some really bad drawings of Quilavas stashed somewhere.. Hmm.. Lovely embarrassing primary-school scribbles. X'D And that's why I always take Cyndaquil on my team if I can. Even now.}
