Pfff. This took me far longer than I hoped.
But RIGHT after submitting the Ask Lullaby -thingy I got SO many unrelated ideas that I had to draw before I'd forget. 8'D
I actually WAS planning to write on that thing that answering may take a while because I'm a slow drawer AND terrible at prioritizing. ... If that is the right word. :U

Oh well, so, Lulla's clothes are mostly designed, like he said, by a friend of his who lives back at his homeland. And since that person is a castle guard, he doesn't really have much time to wear the clothes he has designed too often. 8'D So he spoils his friends rotten with gifts. XD
